Product Introduction

The sleeve compensator expansion joint is also called sleeve type metal expansion joint or pipe type expansion joint, which is a kind of metal expansion joint. It is a compensation device for the thermal fluid pipeline. It is mainly used to absorb and compensate the axial thermal expansion displacement after the linear pipeline is auxiliary. It is a compensator that is directly installed in any pipeline transporting non corrosive unidirectional or multi-directional fluid.
The structure of sleeve compensator expansion joint is mainly composed of sleeve (core tube), shell, sealing material, etc., and the middle is connected by a certain number of film sheets. When the pipeline system undergoes thermal expansion, vibration, or deformation, the thin film between the inner and outer cylinders can absorb the generated stress and displacement, thereby protecting the pipeline system from the risk of rupture or leakage.

The sleeve compensator expansion joint has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation and high reliability, and is widely used in the transmission pipeline of urban heating, metallurgy, mining, power generation, petrochemical, construction and other industries.
