Product Introduction

Reducing rubber expansion joint is a pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance. The inner rubber layer is reinforced with multi-layer nylon cord fabric, and the outer rubber layer is composed of a rubber ball and a loose metal flange.

The reducing rubber expansion joint is used for the installation of pump and pipeline reducing, and can replace the same diameter flexible rubber expansion joint and metal concentric reducing and eccentric reducing cone pipe. It has the advantages of pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement deformation, vibration and noise reduction, and flexible installation. It can be applied in pipeline systems such as water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire protection, compressors, paper making, shipbuilding, chemical engineering, hygiene, and fans to save materials, installation time, and installation surface area.

Reducing rubber expansion joint is usually suitable for conveying sea water, fresh water, cold and hot water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, product oil, air, gas, compressed air and other media. Before installation, lay the two ends of the pipe fittings that need to be connected flat on a horizontal plane. During installation, screw them onto the middle section of the pipe fittings first, and then screw the other end of the pipe fittings, always keeping them on a horizontal plane to prevent uneven stress during installation. Next, tighten the screw thread by hand or wrench, and fix the screw rubber expansion joint and pipe fittings at both ends on the object that is not easy to stretch or twist.

Before installing the flange rubber reducing soft joint, first lay the two end fittings that need to be connected flat on a horizontal plane. During installation, first lay the firmly fixed end fittings flat, rotate the flange to align the flange holes around, and then align the other end fitting flange horizontally with the flange, so that the flange mouth is facing each other around. Screw in screws, tighten nuts, and horizontally connect the three tightly to prevent loose sealing.

Clamps are used instead of flange plates and bolts. During installation, the two pipe orifices of the clamp type rubber expansion joint can be respectively sleeved on the pipeline to be connected, and then they can be fixedly connected with the pipeline through the clamps.
