1. The diameter of the bellows compensator can be distinguished from that of the metal hose not exceeding 600mm, while the large diameter of the bellows compensator is 7000mm, which can be produced according to the diameter provided by the user.
2. In effect, the metal hose is mainly used to reduce vibration and noise, but not to compensate for pipe displacement; The bellows compensator can compensate the axial, transverse and angular displacement of the absorption pipe; Absorb equipment vibration and reduce the impact of equipment vibration on the pipeline; Absorb the deformation of pipeline caused by earthquake and ground subsidence.
3. The difference between the two can be distinguished from the structural form. The bellows compensator is mainly composed of bellows, guide tube, connecting pipe and flange. Its function is to compensate the axial, horizontal and angular displacement of the medium in the pipeline due to the temperature change of thermal expansion and contraction, and fully play the role of protecting the normal operation of the pipeline. The metal hose is mainly composed of corrugated pipe, connecting pipe, flange and external network. It mainly plays a role of noise elimination and vibration reduction for the movement, thermal expansion absorption and vibration absorption of the pipe system, and cannot be used to compensate the displacement of the pipe.
4. Because of the different structural forms, the connection modes required by the two are also different. The bellows compensator has two connection modes, one is flange connection and the other is nozzle connection. The metal hose not only has the above two connection modes, but also has a variety of connection modes such as thread connection and clamp connection, which can completely meet the installation mode of any pipeline.
5. The difference is that the bellows compensator needs to provide an accurate compensation amount and calculate the number of ripples according to the compensation amount, so that the selection can be accurate.
